Dwayne is the Lead Pastor of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which was founded by him in 2007. The church is also part of Acts 29 Network, where he is the Director of Pastoral Care. Dwayne is also a believer for training the next generation biblical counselors. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the writer of several online articles as well as a co-author of Christ Centered biblical counseling: Changing Lives by God's Changeless Word (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne has three kids along with his wife Leslie.
